WEDNESDAY PROGRAM --- IT'S KRUMP DAY at IDG
(Kindly & Radiantly Uplift & Motivate People)

Here at Image Development Group, we've had a great year! One of the highlights for me personally was coaching Sierra Coward of Okeechobee, FL to compete for and win Miss Teen Rodeo Florida, 2013. Sierra will begin her reign January 1 and she is excited about this opportunity.

When I first met Sierra at the 2011 IDG "Queens in Jeans" Rodeo Queen Clinic, she was a shy young woman who appeared to not have an interest in rodeo queening. While she did well in her horsemanship training, she did not excel in the modeling, speech, appearance, makeup or interview segments of the clinic. At first glance I did not think she was going to be able to excel in her competitions either.
After the clinic, several of us went to dinner and Sierra sat next to me. Suddenly I saw this quiet, shy young girl come alive like someone had flipped the switch. I remember asking her, "where was this person all day long at the clinic?"
That was beginning of a year long change, and SIerra faced it head on. She did everything I coached her to do...she practiced, read, studied, and practiced, practiced, practiced.
She competed for Miss Teen Rodeo Okeechobee -- and WON!
Last October, she competed for Miss Teen Rodeo Florida -- and WON! And not only did she win the title, she was awarded the Horsemanship Award, Photogenics Award and Speech Award.
This is what we do at IDG --- "change lives personally and professionally."
But it takes someone who is committed to their goals, and who is willing to make changes, to become a winner.
Sierra Coward has been that young woman...so our KRUMP dedication today is to Sierra Coward, Miss Teen Rodeo Florda, 2013.
Sierra proves that you can't always judge a book by its cover!
Sierra, you've been KRUMPed!
