What people see is what they think they are getting!

That could never be more true or applicable than when we talk about management and leadership characteristics.  It is especially true in management and leadership to understand that "actions speak louder than words."

One important characteristic of leadership is the ability to speak influentually and to motivate people to follow you through your messages.

Below is a video of one of the worst political campaign speeches EVER.  This candidate was unprepared, needed to learn how to be an effective speaker and convinced everyone in five minutes that he was NOT the person for the job.
