Almost two years ago, I moved my mother from Olathe, KS to Charlotte, NC. I uprooted her out of her home and church of 26 years and plopped her into ny home for 6 months until we could find her home,
In the middle of all of this transition, we listed her home of 26 years for sale in KS and I had to manage everything long-distance. After a year, I found myself looking for a third real estate agent who could get results.
For lack of a dart board to throw at, I went on line and found Martin Taggart with ReMax Reality in Overland Park, KS.

Not only did Martin clearly understand the stressful and emotional situation I was dealing with, he promptly took the ball by the horn and proceeded to take the actions necessary to seel mom's house. In the midst of this, the buyer's agent turned out to be less than ethical (and has since been reported to the RE Board and fined for her actions). Martin handled it all with ease and professionalism.
We closed on the house, long-distance, was able to buy mom's new villa and at the end of it all I am delighted to call Martin Taggart my dear friend. Not only is his work ethic above reproach, but he is also a single dad raising two daughters and quite well I might add!
